Meet JMR Real Estate
Jaime began his real estate career in Houston Texas after graduating from the University of Houston/Clear Lake City in 1983. His first job was with The Trammell Crow Company (TCC) managing commercial shopping centers. TCC quickly realized that Jaime’s talents could be better utilized assisting in the development of 135 acre Flour Headquarters (Park Place) in Irvine which TCC had just purchased. Jaime headed to Southern California and never looked Back.
Moving ahead a decade, Jaime is now living in Palm Springs, California owning a boutique hotel and designing/developing/selling luxury Steel and Glass homes. In fact, one of the homes Jaime designed was published in Architectural Digest. While living in Palm Springs, Jaime quickly realized that there was a need for proper sales representation in the hospitality industry throughout SoCal, thus began JMR Commercial Investments. Jaime has sold over 170 hospitality properties over the last 25 years.
With a desire to relocate out of the desert and get closer to the beach, Jaime moved to Ocean Hills Country Club several years ago. I’m bringing the honesty, integrity and hard work to this outstanding community that has brought me much success throughout my professional career. Buying or selling a home is likely the largest financial transaction most people will make in their lifetime. I want to help guide these transactions!
